1. Scope. This explains how we handle personal data when you visit aivenuelabs.inor engage us. For personal data we process on behalf of a client (as a Data Processor), the client's policy and our Data Processing Agreement govern; this policy covers data where we decide the purpose.
2. What we collect. (a) Contact/enquiry data you submit (name, email, phone, company, message); (b) basic website analytics (pages, device, approximate location, cookies); (c) data clients/leads share for proposals.
3. Why (purpose). To respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, send service communications, and meet legal/tax obligations. We process on the basis of your consent and/or legitimate/contractual need under the DPDP Act, 2023.
4. Consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to admin@aivenuelabs.in. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing already done.
5. Children's / students' data. Some client projects (e.g. educational platforms) involve students', possibly minors', data. Where AiVenue handles such data, it does so only on the client's documented instructions under a Data Processing Agreement, with verifiable parental consent obtained by the client/Data Fiduciary, purpose-limited, and never used for our own model training without a lawful consent basis.
6. Sharing. We share data only with: service sub-processors (hosting, analytics, AI providers under no-retention/no-training terms where sensitive), and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
7. AI processing / data sovereignty. Sensitive client data, where processed, is routed through providers contractually bound to no retention and no training. We do not feed identifiable personal data into general model training without a lawful basis.
8. Storage & security. We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose or as law requires, and apply reasonable technical/organizational safeguards (access control, encryption in transit).
9. Your rights (DPDP). You may request access, correction, completion, updating, and erasure of your personal data, nominate a person to exercise rights, and raise a grievance. Write to admin@aivenuelabs.in; we respond within a reasonable period.
